We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Manager to join our team at Trillium Flow Technologies. The successful candidate will ensure efficient project execution by aligning project goals with strategic objectives, mitigating risks, and coordinating with stakeholders. This role is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and fostering strong business relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Project Management Team
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing solutions to keep projects on track
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- PMP certification is a plus
Salary Range:
- Annual salary range: $130,000 - $145,000
