Project Manager - Cell Customer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining and managing the technical, timing and budget of multiple projects while being the primary interface between customer and the internal engineering and management teams
• Manage all internal and/or external customer deliverables
• Document and track compliance to customer's technical and commercial requirements along with developing solutions to address any/all identified gaps
• Develop and maintain primary project timelines
• Drive action with internal & cross functional teams to successfully complete projects within time & resource constraints
• Track project progress & report effectively on status, blockers & changes to customer as well as internal senior management
• Track project costs & drive cost management improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
• 3+ years of relevant program management experience with customer management experience in world-leading automotive / battery companies
• Technical background in battery cell development is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and able to translate project plans into more digestible formats
• Travel is required from time to time
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
