Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on $5M -$20M project range
• Experience with fire and police stations or education is a plus (not required).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets.
