Position Summary:
Flex+ by Irvine Company is the industry-leading platform for premium, move-in ready workspaces, totaling ~6M SF. The Flex+ team is looking for a talented Project Manager to join the team to help grow this dynamic business line within the Irvine Company's Office portfolio. The Project Manager will be an integral part in successful execution of the Company's Flex+ strategy.

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

The Flex+ team is looking for a talented Project Manager to join the team to help grow this dynamic business line within the Irvine Company's Office portfolio. The Project Manager will be an integral part in successful execution of the Company's Flex+ strategy.
Job Duties:
- Act as liaison for Construction, Leasing and Operations to lead the successful delivery of new Flex+ suites. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timelines and schedules are met
- Track new Flex+ projects from design through completion and provide updates to senior management; actively manage over 100 projects at a time
- Partner with the Leasing and Flex+ Design teams to determine suite-level scope based on market trends and asset segmentation. Determine appropriate capital investment for each project to drive return on investment
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop suite-level collateral and make sure materials are available on ICO.com
- Manage existing Flex+ inventory, pipeline and rollover in Salesforce and MRI
- Track Flex+ performance to help determine appropriate product mix, suite layouts, sizes and finish level
- Assist in developing and executing new growth strategies
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Construction Management or related field preferred.
- 3+ years leasing, construction management or asset management experience preferred.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to upper management and internal departments.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, curiosity and is self-driven.
- Working knowledge of Google Apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and Drive), Salesforce and MRI preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of financial concepts, including ROI, NPV and IRR preferred.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $108,500.00 - $136,400.00
