This is a pioneering role within our organization, as the Project Manager will be the first to take on this vital position. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing pharmacy-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Role:
Aquetia Pharmacy our partner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a pioneering role within our organization, as the Project Manager will be the first to take on this vital position. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing pharmacy-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This individual will collaborate with various departments to drive initiatives that improve our pharmacy services, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to our overall growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate, mitigate, and navigate risks, maintain clear internal communication across all company-wide teams, and keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Flexible and adaptable role supporting growing teams and facilities
- Responsible for on-site team management
- Partner with Fulfillment team on launch-related activities such as pack-out specifications, technical requirements, and other launch-readiness needs specific to fulfillment
- Develop detailed schedules for ingredient sourcing, operations, R&D, packaging, machinery and tooling, fulfillment needs, testing, scale-ups, machinery requirements, and other R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain initiatives
- Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings, status calls, and deliverable reviews, with organized note-taking and meeting summaries
- Manage each stage of the approval process and ensure alignment.
- Provide necessary project information, briefs, and program documents to team members for project success
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, leading meetings and guiding teams through launch details
- Proactively anticipate risks and solve roadblocks, escalating when necessary
- Communicate and build relationships with multiple internal departments
- Ensure team members stay on task, meet deadlines, and escalate issues to minimize risk and avoid delays
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in end-to-end product development, supply chain, and operations
- Experience in fast-paced, product-driven organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders with different working styles
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Effective leadership and relationship-building skills while maintaining objectivity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude
- Foster teamwork at all levels of the organization with a curious and collaborative mindset
- Perform physical exertion including walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time, and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve-hour shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
