Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Experience working directly with design teams is key along with drive to thrive in an ever-changing, interdisciplinary and collaborative environment.
• Must possess strong written, visual and oral communication skills with the ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with internal and external business partners.
• This is a management role and the ideal candidate will feel comfortable leading the project and acting as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Brand, Lines of Business, Product, Digital Testing, SEO, FED and Content Ops teams.
• Prefer candidates from product background with proven track record managing multiple, complex, high profile projects across various timelines within the Sales, Marketing and E-commerce space.

EDUCATION:

• BS/BA in creative, business, or technical area or equivalent experience.
• Ideal candidate will have 7 - 10 years of project management history with strong cross-functional leadership experience in a matrix reporting structure.
• Must be a strategic thinker with ability to connect the dots, able to partner with the project lead to understand the business, the experience design - and how to communicate up to executive stakeholders with a polished presence.
