Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for our Powertrain test management platform by leading its implementation, continuous enhancement, and the seamless integration of test case management with test run scheduling.
Interface with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Testing, and PLM.
Capture, prioritize, and coordinate critical requirements and testing needs.
Drive systems and process optimization.
Architect scalable solutions that reduce manual effort over time while ensuring long-term process efficiency.
Identify, capture, and visualize key metrics that assist the organization in meeting deadlines and continually improving operations.
Facilitate clear, consistent communication across teams, ensuring that requirements and testing milestones are understood and met.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in project management or related roles.
Experience with requirements management and test management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Understanding of engineering fundamentals and the automotive industry is desirable.
Strong skills in business systems design, data analysis, and data-driven decision making.
Experience with Jira, Tableau, and SQL is highly desirable.
Fundamental knowledge of JAMA and 3DExperience is a plus.
This role will interface with many teams and stakeholders across the organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$85,900-$118,000 USD
