Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project scope, objectives, and deliverables for acquisitions across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive strategic execution and successful integration.
- Communicate project status, expectations, and challenges clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.
- Manage project milestones, schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Adapt to changes in project scope and direction, efficiently recalibrating schedules and budgets as needed.
- Oversee and maintain internal and external acquisition relationships.
- Track multiple development threads and deliverables within a project.
- Manage acquisition timelines, ensuring seamless completion of legal, financial, marketing, HR, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize acquisition agreements.
Post-Acquisition Integration:
- Develop and execute seamless transition plans for newly acquired businesses.
- Ensure all post-acquisition activities are managed and transferred successfully.
- Oversee the integration of operational systems, branding, technology, and staff.
- Establish KPIs to track the success of acquisitions and optimize performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Operations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, project management, business development, or operations.
- Background in the home inspection, real estate, home services, or construction industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, due diligence, and business valuation.
- Experience in integrating newly acquired businesses and managing operational change.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and financial modeling software.
