Selectek is searching for an experienced Project Manager Architect with a strong background in city, county, and state government projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects from concept through construction while ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Job Overview
The Project Manager Architect will lead and oversee public sector projects, including libraries, courthouses, schools, universities, and municipal structures. This role involves project coordination, budget management, tracking schedules, and ensuring all construction requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with city, county, and state regulations.
• Oversee government-funded projects such as libraries, courthouses, schools, universities, and municipal structures.
• Develop and maintain project tracking schedules while coordinating with team members and contractors.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Oversee billing and financial management related to project execution.
• Ensure all projects adhere to design specifications, timelines, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing architecture projects from concept through construction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensure is a plus).
• Strong background in city, county, and state projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Project scheduling tools

Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay Range: $40 - $60 per hour (Temp-to-Direct) | $100K - $125K (Direct Hire)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST
