Project Manager, Arizona Regional Projects

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to take charge of regional commercial mechanical and plumbing projects throughout the company's three Arizona regions. This position manages the planning, procurement, execution, and completion of projects in Cochise County, Pima County, and Maricopa County.

This role will be based in Phoenix, AZ. Occasional to frequent travel to the various regions is expected, but it will generally be at the Project Manager's discretion. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities.

• Understand commercial mechanical/HVAC systems
• Manage the following with accuracy and timeliness:
  
  • Submittals
  • Requests For Information (RFI)
  • Contracts and subcontracts
  • Project schedules
  • Material & equipment procurement
  • Project budgets
  • Change requests and change orders
  • Customer billing and subcontractor billing review
• Lead meetings among BEI employees, subcontractors, and clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals
• Understand contract drawings and specifications, especially mechanical
• Lead project safety culture
