Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of commercial/industrial construction projects
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed
  • Conduct site visits and ensure safety and compliance
  • Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and support staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate project documentation
  • Foster a positive client relationship and uphold the company brand
  • Travel to project sites as required


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or government projects
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Familiarity with estimating concepts and ability to sources bids
  • Valid driver's license required


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with public sector or federal projects
  • Demonstrated success as a Project Manager
  • OSHA or related safety certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Work Schedule
  • Full Time - Monday to Friday
