POSITION SUMMARY:
The project manager is responsible for efficiently managing Eloquii & CUUP, campaign & marketing calendar, seasonal processes, and individual project workflows from inception through completion. This is an integral part of the Creative team and a highly cross functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong project management and exceptional problem-solving skills. This person will collaborate across a range of projects and cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution of campaign strategies. This role will also be the main conduit between the Creative Director and Creative team who manage and executes all productions across campaigns and shoots. This role will also include oversight and collaboration of the Creative and Production budgets with the production team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Project Management
- Work very closely with Director of integrated, Marketing & Social Media) to support marketing calendar, in executing Marketing initiatives and projects, managing seasonal process across relevant stakeholders for major campaigns and collaborations
- Standardize, plan, and direct project timelines, milestones, and reviews / approvals at each project stage (Photoshoots, Collabs, Merch Calendars, Creative Decks & Print)
- Own project roadmap + timeline and manages workflow priorities to the team, ensuring they are clearly communicated and adhered to, while maximizing the team's productivity and efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Outline project meetings, owners, attendees, and outcomes for project lifecycle
- Record, review, interpret, consolidate and communicate feedback; take notes and follow-up on action items
- Communicate risks and proactively evaluate potential solutions
- Point of contact for all key meetings: kick offs, internal reviews, et
- Manage and maintain project status and delivery report/s
- Manage intake of brand and marketing initiative requests for each project and partner with Dir., Integrated Marketing & Social Media and cross-functional teams to execute on strategy/briefs, routing to relevant stakeholders and moving projects along to completion
- Conduct project close-outs and assess efficiencies to improve process
- Proactively seek out opportunities to leverage best practices and continually drive process improvements, but work creatively to drive execution and simplification
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to organize presentation materials to ensure accuracy across creative projects as it relates to design, copy & timelines.
- Manage Creative Services Project Management team to maintain workflow and drive work efficiencies.
- Support Dir., Integrated Marketings & Social Media with external collaboration vendors, particularly in driving project timelines
- Create a positive work environment and provide career development.
Production Support and Budget Management
- Serve as the main conduit / liaison between Creative Director/Creative team and producers
- Liaising with production to project manage creative concept and brief for each campaign / shoot per season
- Collaborate closely with Creative Director and production in building and overseeing Creative budget
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 - 7 Years of Experience
- Project Management experience in print production and marketing operations
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with all levels of the business
- Ability to communicate a single source of truth between multiple departments
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent project management abilities; can drive forward multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skill s
- Possess diplomacy under pressure in fast-paced culture
- Experience working with multiple cross functional teams
- Self-directed individual who operates with urgency, focus, and discipline
- Ability to step back and look at the "big picture" to look for efficiencies
