Job Summary:

In the role of Project Manager, we are looking for individuals with a background in commercial and retail design with a keen understanding of roll-out programs supporting the teams from pre-design, design, programming, planning, permitting and construction for Greenfields and Acquisition Projects. The Project Manager will be an active participant in the architectural design process, from preliminary design through production of construction drawings supporting all involved. They will collaborate with internal teams, AOR's, EOR's and other stakeholders to develop and refine our processes and oversee data management from inception to completion of projects. Experience in car wash design is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Be actively engaged in due diligence, site selection, design, permitting and construction phases.
Interact with Architects, Engineers, vendors and consultants as needed.
Actively connect and partner with the Design and Construction Team to streamline data management and hone processes.
Work hand in hand with the Director of Design and Director of Construction to develop & refine SOP's as needed in relation to Acquisitions and Greenfields as well as process flows.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure internal storage of documentation is properly implemented.
Participate in meetings & Adhocs related to design and construction as well as with internal teams as needed.
Ensure proper reporting and data governance.
Communicate succinctly and transparently to all stakeholders.
Manage and maintain record progress for all projects.
Deliver projects utilizing the design and construction platforms; software; databases and tools.
Engage with business line leadership at regular intervals.
Ability to seamlessly work within Acquisitions and Greenfields understanding variabilities for each and tracking timelines of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead data organization for Greenfield and Acquisition projects, including development of systems that truncate timelines.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and vision for the project, providing updates and seeking feedback throughout the process.
Design Development: Develop creative and functional procedures that meet the project's program, budget, and schedule requirements.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and coordinate SOP's, reports, and other project documents.
Project Management: Track and manage project progress while providing high-level summary and regular updates to stakeholders.
Team Coordination: Work closely with other team members, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to integrate all aspects of project deliverables needed to support design and construction.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws, and meet quality standards.
Construction Administration: Manage Procore documentation, support critical path milestones and track deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience with Architects and Engineers of Record; retail and commercial design; project management in relation to permitting and construction documents are important requirements for this position.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience working with corporations involving roll-out programs and/or Architectural Design firm.
Proficiency in software (e.g., Smartsheets, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office).
Strong knowledge of architectural design process and construction practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Other qualifications include:

o Understanding of drawings, specifications, project manuals, etc.

o Understanding of retail rollouts, design and construction programs.

Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

o Experience with Adobe Suite software desirable.

o Manage ambiguity and the challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Face to face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required in order to perform the job. Role is expected to be Remote Work. Travel is as needed.
If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
