As a Direct to Owner (DTO) Project Manager, you will be part of our Service Group, specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection. You'll oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while also strengthening client relationships and upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Projects - Develop budgets, schedules, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Optimize Resources - Work closely with field superintendents and foremen to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Client & Vendor Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Financial Oversight - Provide accurate job cost projections, billing, and cash flow forecasting.
- Drive Innovation - Serve as a prime contractor or design-assist expert when applicable.
- Champion Safety & Quality - Ensure every project upholds the highest safety and quality standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6 to 10 years of related experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Expertise in HVAC service and installation, with knowledge of Plumbing & Fire Protection.
- Familiarity with MA building codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ASME).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Bluebeam; knowledge of Navisworks and CMiC is a plus!
