Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring that they meet time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the estimating, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Approve bid proposals, control estimates, and project projections.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring that contracts and agreements align with project needs.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and business plans for future growth.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, especially in divisions related to drywall, masonry, and door and hardware installations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
