MAPEI is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital projects from scope development through execution. This role will oversee budgeting, process planning, permitting, and project control to ensure successful and efficient completion. The Project Manager, Engineering will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance operations.

MAPEI is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital projects from scope development through execution. This role will oversee budgeting, process planning, permitting, and project control to ensure successful and efficient completion. The Project Manager, Engineering will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital projects from planning to execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Monitor and control project performance, enforcing quality, compliance, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, R&D, and plant teams, to align objectives.
- Manage budgets and risks, tracking expenditures and mitigating potential project disruptions.
- Supervise and develop teams, providing direction, performance feedback, and mentorship.
- Drive process improvements in operations, enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, integrating new technologies where applicable.
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
- Other duties as assigned.

- In this role, you will earn a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.

Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year College or University in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Requires a minimum five or more years related experience (Building Construction) and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise on batch liquid match mixing installations is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint within a Windows environment.
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to travel required.
