As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, working closely with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure success from start to finish. You'll be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client relationships, all while promoting our brand and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Project Success - Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate all project phases from design to closeout.
- Lead with Precision - Work with vendors, manage subcontractors, material releases, and field operations to keep projects running smoothly.
- Ensure Quality & Safety - Partner with the field team to maximize labor productivity and ensure top-tier safety measures.
- Mentor & Develop Talent - Train and support Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Co-Ops.
- Build Strong Client Relationships - Represent Cannistraro in client meetings, assist with sales presentations, and ensure a seamless project experience.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 6-10 years of experience in Fire Protection or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and MA building codes & Fire Protection standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Bluebeam; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD/HydraCAD, AutoSprink, and CMiC is a plus!
