We're looking for a strategic thinker and results-oriented professional to join our team, supporting complex DoD initiatives with a focus on project management, acquisition strategy, and organizational leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of pivotal vehicle acquisition projects from concept to execution, serving as the go-to lead and trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle.
  • Support key decision-makers by delivering actionable insights, crafting detailed project plans, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Offer guidance rooted in deep knowledge of DoD 5000 series, FAR/DFARS, and other acquisition regulations to keep programs compliant and on track.
  • Define project objectives, establish timelines, and develop resourcing strategies to ensure milestones are met with precision and efficiency.
  • Facilitate project meetings, monitor deliverables, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure every initiative hits the mark.
  • Track and manage high-priority tasks, ensuring organizational actions are executed with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze complex data sets to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present polished briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • U.S. Citizenship (Required)
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance (Secret)
  • A background in Project or Business Management with relevant education and experience:

    • Master's degree + 6 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree + 8 years
    • Associate's degree + 10 years
    • High School Diploma/GED + 16 years (with 9 years specialized experience)
  • Minimum 10 years in the last 15 supporting DoD programs-preferably with hands-on experience in military acquisition or ground combat vehicle systems
  • Proven success in navigating complex engineering or technical program landscapes within the DoD
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across functions-planning, tracking, reporting, and briefing leadership with precision
  • Experience coordinating across high-level staffs, developing program rhythms, managing calendars, and driving successful staff engagements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
