Project Manager II
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead key initiatives related to pricing and costing systems workflows, vendor payments, and operational procedures. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong project management, stakeholder management, and business analytics experience. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines are met, responsibilities are assigned, and progress is effectively communicated to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems and processes meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Prepare and present reports for upper management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Utilize business analytics and Microsoft Office tools to support decision-making and reporting.

  • Business Analytics Expertise - Ability to analyze data and optimize processes for pricing, costing, and vendor management.
  • Technology Proficiency - Experience working with systems, workflows, and operational technology.

  • Skills & Experience Required:
    • 4-7 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
    • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in pricing and costing systems, vendor payment processes, and operational workflows.
    • Familiarity with UAT processes and building operational procedures.
    • Prior experience in a large corporate environment is a plus.

    • Managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Engaging with stakeholders through meetings, emails, and reports.
    • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and refining workflows.
