Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the development of Power BI divisional use cases across four divisions. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth progress on use case builds, coordinating with use case owners, and tracking progress to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
"Project Lifecycle Management:
Manage the overall project lifecycle for the development of Power BI divisional use cases.
Collaborate with use case owners to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
"Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with IT teams and divisional teams to ensure timely development and delivery of Power BI use cases.
Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
"Project Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
"Risk & Issue Management:
Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner.
"Collaboration & Leadership:
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related questions and issues.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.
Requirements:
" Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in data analytics or business intelligence projects.
" Strong understanding of Power BI and data visualization concepts.
" Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
" Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
" Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
" Experience with project management tools and techniques, such as Gantt charts, project plans, and progress tracking.
" Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
" Experience working in a cross-divisional environment.
" Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Education: Bachelors Degree
Certification: PMP Certification , PRINCE2 Certification
