Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports.
- Lead construction progress meetings.
- Oversee design development.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules, and bid documents.
- Negotiate and award subcontracts.
- Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
- Collaborate with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering/management.
- 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 - $30 million range.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners/clients.
- Willingness to travel for projects as needed.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
- Proactive and effective communication skills.
