Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing team members and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate project status and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
• Prepare and present project documentation and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC systems or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and insulation systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
