Position: Project Manager - Procurement (ICP Asset Renewal)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time, On-Site at LAX)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead procurement activities for the ICP Asset Renewal Program at LAX. This role will be responsible for managing the development of accurate and complete contract documents for design and construction services, ensuring alignment with project goals related to schedule, budget, and quality.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of procurement processes for large infrastructure projects, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead procurement activities for the ICP Asset Renewal Program at LAX. This role will be responsible for managing the development of accurate and complete contract documents for design and construction services, ensuring alignment with project goals related to schedule, budget, and quality.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of procurement processes for large infrastructure projects, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison and owner's representative for procurement efforts under the ICP Asset Renewal Program
- Lead scope development and quality control for procurement documents (RFIs, RFPs, TOS, etc.)
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop scopes for MATOC general contractors, ensuring alignment with infrastructure assessments and operational needs
- Oversee and document the end-to-end procurement process for design and construction services
- Coordinate closely with the Program Controls team to align procurement with project timelines and milestones
- Prepare procurement progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Participate in coordination meetings and document key action items and deliverables
- Support presentations by creating exhibits and organizing electronic files across formats
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience, ideally on airport or large-scale public infrastructure projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M+
- Proficiency with multiple delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, CM at Risk, and Design-Build
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of industry standards
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP, or equivalent
