Description
Pay Range: $45 - $60/HR W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.

Description
- Visual Communication skills (Proficiency in PowerPoint or Canva to create engaging presentations)
- Understanding of financial metrics to assist with building business cases for new technology products.
- Planning and scheduling, proficiency with tools like MS Project or other planning tools for tracking, managing resources, and projects.
- Understanding of agile methodology to help product teams translate business needs into tech specs that will be showcased in monthly product reviews and stand ups.
- Professional presence, someone who is comfortable speaking/working with executive leaders as well as technology experts. Clear communicator, adaptable (no two days will be the same), and someone who can manage a variety of different teams (technical/non-technical) to come to resolution with various stakeholders.
