Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ
Position Type: 12- 15 months
Rate: DOE (W2/1099)
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD preferred.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Dedicated PM /BA with a good detailed project planning skills and ability to manage from a project plan.
• PM need to be assertive and be able to successfully "drive " their project team to completion.
• Medical affairs experience in areas of Grants Management, Investigator Sponsored Trials.
• Business analyst skills and detailed approach in documentation of meeting minutes, meeting facilitation, and follow-up
• Gather and Analyze Requirements and document the requirements Pharma industry experience
• Able to manage complex, large scale project of this size in budget ( $1.5M+) and duration (12-15 months)
• Able to manage across multiple work streams
• A go getter and able to articulate message clearly to stakeholders and steering committee. Good Presentation skills
• Take full accountability of the project and drive projects throughout all the SDLC phases and provide technical and process guidance to the team
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between teams at different locations
• Critical eye for details
• Positive professional attitude
• Excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skill
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Enjoy working in a self-teaching, learning environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with team member
• Able to deal with ambiguity

• Management of vendor
• Preferably a PMP certified
