ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Project Manager, Product Innovation Ecosystem (PIE), will be fully dedicated to the PIE project and will play a critical role leading and coordinating GSARA work across the various PIE work streams - Raw Material, Formula and Product. You will be responsible for driving project management excellence and ensuring the successful execution of all GSARA aspects within the Product Innovation Ecosystem project. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to effectively coordinate GSARA cross-functional teams (North America, International Markets, HEPS and RIPS) and deliver against project objectives.

Product Innovation Ecosystem project will require attention and leadership to ensure that all requirements for the GSARA area are met, processes are mapped, assessed, optimized, and implemented, targets are set and tracked against, as well as the appropriate documentation created and stored.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support cross functional, cross BU workstreams focused on delivering process improvements and new capabilities to enable speed, efficiency, and automation of GSARA deliverables in E2E process.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the Product Innovation Ecosystem project GSARA workstreams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within GSARA, consultants, and BPT, RD&E, SC, etc, to ensure consultation, collaboration, alignment and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and deliver optimized capabilities and process improvements for creating, maintaining, or leveraging product regulatory data with GSARA stakeholders for formula and product operations
  • Support the workstream leads by managing and resolving data governance and data quality gaps related to internal GSARA stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders, partners and SME groups withing GSARA to drive collaboration and support for the testing, training, and implementation of the program.
  • Monitor and report on progress, risks and prioritization choices, to the PIE leadership team and executive steering committee to make data-driven decisions for the success of the transformation.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
  • University degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on CPG companies, or relevant IT Enterprise projects
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States


PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent and a strong ability to drive and coordinate projects, bringing projects to successful conclusion.
  • Change management certification or experience, demonstrating proficient prioritization and strong experience applying project management skills, as well as critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with data management and governance principles.
  • Experience working in an environment with regulated products, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to digest and summarize data, and communicate and engage colleagues in partner functions.
  • Effectively utilize web-based and internal databases/systems such as SAP PLM, third-party electronic regulatory data sources such as ChemAdvisor's LOLI, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in globally dispersed multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of modern technology and data tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and registration requirements a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional project teams and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
  • This position is not eligible for relocation
