Project Manager SB

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. They manage cross-functional teams and coordinate all aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Track progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range-$90,000-$130,000 a year
