We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead security integration projects from inception to completion. You'll play a key role in delivering mission-critical solutions for enterprise, healthcare, education, government, retail, and data center environments. What You'll Do:
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in alignment with client expectations
- Develop comprehensive plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets
- Drive day-to-day execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide consistent progress updates, highlight risks, and offer timely solutions
- Ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to align efforts
- Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor progress across all stakeholders
Risk Management & Compliance
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ADA)
- Conduct quality checks to validate all deliverables before handoff
Financial Management
- Track budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce project costs
Project Closeout
- Oversee project completion, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and technical expectations
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and improve future performance
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field - or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in security, construction, or technology systems
- Strong grasp of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Proven track record of successfully managing concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (OSHA, ADA) and quality assurance best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or similar credential
- Technical certifications in security or IT systems (e.g., CompTIA, Axis Certified Professional)
- Knowledge of security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intercoms
- Experience in data center environments or infrastructure-focused construction
