- Oversee and manage assigned construction projects to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project schedules.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Issue purchase requests for raw materials needed for fabrication.
- Process RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders as needed.
- Manage and schedule shop drawing processing, fabrication, and field installation.
- Coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure smooth project progression.
- Attend construction site meetings to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Implement cost control strategies to maximize project profitability.
- Train and assign projects to Project Engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude towards both individual performance and teamwork
