Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in steel erection, and proficiency in Tekla software. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in construction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Tekla software for project planning and management.
• Experience in steel erection projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
