Summary
Solution Delivery Manager oversees a particular ERP system or functional area. The SDM uses the required application configuration and analyzed business requirements to drive the design and implementation of new business processes and creative technical solutions. Solution Delivery Manager develops business strategies and supervises critical path activities to troubleshoot or escalate problems to IT Director. Coordinates with related global team members and users to ensure the business runs efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
1 Uses expert ERP system and business knowledge to drive design and implementation of new business processes and application solutions.
2 Establish and sustain strong on-going relationships with IT and global business partners
3 Coach / manage / motivate techno/functional analyst personnel to ensure the team achieves project goals
4 Manages and mitigates risk in all projects, including budgetary responsibility and support resources
5 Builds highly collaborative cross functional teams across IT and the business units.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience Has a B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or applicable functional area (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, Operations Management, etc.) and have worked in a leadership role leading cross-functional project teams for at least 5 years. Expert techno/functional knowledge of ERP software (Oracle EBS) is required. Extensive knowledge of department and cross functional processes.

Candidate will be faced with a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
Level of Supervision Needed
Candidate should be senior level, a self-starter who requires a minimum level of supervision. Typically reports to top IT management.
Autonomy and Supervisory/Lead Responsibility The Solution Delivery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Candidate will have 1-8 direct reports, as well as lead cross functional teams of approximately 8-15 people.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met. Candidate will be responsible for building annual project and resource budgets which will roll up into the overall global IT budget.
Has authority for personnel actions.
Working Conditions and/or Physical Demands
Will work in a work from home/remote OR office environment (dependent on current COVID situation and NCH office requirements). May require occasional travel. Requires performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
