The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our software development projects and be well-versed in agile methodologies, possess strong communication skills, with a proven track record of managing projects in the tech industry, particularly in Ecommerce and marketplace environments
What that looks like day to day:
Software Development Project Management: Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Agile Methodology: Apply agile principles and practices to project management, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and facilitating daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, schedules, resources, and risk management strategies. User Story Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, product owners, developers, and QA teams. Third-Party Integrations: Coordinate with third-party integrators and vendors to ensure seamless integration of external systems and services into our platforms. Ecommerce and Marketplace Expertise: Leverage expertise in Ecommerce platforms and marketplaces to understand unique business requirements, challenges, and opportunities, and tailor project approaches accordingly.

What that looks like day to day:
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using agile methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with third-party integrators and managing vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
