Job Summary:
The Analytics project manager will work directly with the senior leaders of FordDirect's Analytics team, along with various business teams, and IT teams to prioritize, organize and manage all work efforts impacting the analytics team. In addition, this resource will manage the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that will be utilized by numerous product teams within FordDirect.
As the project manager, this resource will be responsible for various levels of communication in regards to analytics work load in addition to project schedule development, status reporting, issue and risk management, and will work within guidelines established by FordDirect's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
Essential Job Functions:
Organizing, prioritizing and tracking large scale initiatives and department resource assignments.
Effectively measuring and analyzing project/portfolio data (from project plans and task management tool) in order to make recommendations and report out to the department leads
Collaborate with FordDirect Business, Technology, Service Providers and Partners, Ford IT and Business teams to prepare an integrated project plan and execute it on time and budget
Processing of JIRA tickets for application portfolio
Manage and facilitate recurring status meetings with FordDirect business, IT, and other vendors working in the data strategy team.
Identify and monitor project risks and communicate those risks on regular basis to project leadership team
Gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements
Collect meeting notes and project milestones within FordDirect collaborative WIKI space
Create project plans as necessary to drive on-time and on-budget execution of projects Document and maintain project artifacts
Provide strong and deep project management in various areas across delivery
Own successful project execution that meet scope, timing and cost goals.
Introduce Agile methodologies, if appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of experience with managing projects across a wide range of technologies including Analytics and Big Data Ecosystems
t least 2 years of experience maintaining an integrated project schedule which has consisted of a large-scale project with multiple implementation phases and/or a program with multiple projects. A program is defined as a group of related projects managed in a coordinated manner.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience developing project status reports for various audiences including executives and stakeholders.
bility to perform resource management and capacity planning across many initiatives
Must have experience working with Microsoft Office tools including MS Project
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Understanding of Project Management methodologies and have ability to prioritize issues with business effectively
Experience with the Atlassian tool set Additional Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or PMI-ACP Certification
nalytics(AEM, Google Analytics, etc) and/or Digital marketing experience
Experience managing a project using an Agile system development approach
Experience utilizing SAFe practices (I.E. Program incremental (PI) planning and Portfolio Management based on the value streams.
