Minimum Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience of project management/QI/CI in a healthcare setting.
- 2 plus years of experience with project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Experience with ICRA/PCRA.
- Understanding of working in medical facilities with ongoing operations
- Experience with real estate leasing, purchases and acquisitions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Health related field.
- MS Office (including Project and Visio) Expert Proficiency.
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management Professional.

Position Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for organizational opportunities.
- Organize and lead multidisciplinary teams ranging from senior leadership and physician partners to frontline staff.
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff and physicians on methods, models and tools that support organization excellence.
- Recommend and advise on enhancements.
- Function as project manager by tracking and executing according to project management processes and methodologies.
- Oversees all projects and initiatives throughout its life cycle.
- Share ownership over project results with project team.
- Maintain agile temperament and willingness in alignment with organizational growth and fluctuations.
- Other duties as assigned.
