Audubon is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The Project Manager will contribute and support the planning and execution of projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, following up with management on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports.

To be successful as a Project Manager you should be able to perform any tasks assigned by the Operations Manager in an efficient and timely manner. An outstanding Project Manager should be able to maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Areas of Responsibility will include:

  • Communicate with Management regarding project needs and goals.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of projects.
  • Support the coordination and management of projects.
  • Research information as required.
  • Project cost tracking.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors for estimating and scheduling purposes.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Keep track of and report on project progress.
  • Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
  • Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
