N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the efforts with the The National Institute Health (NIH), All of Us Research Program to ensure protection of human research subjects from concept development through protocol implementation. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison for Program with NIH, HHS, and others for identified information and support regarding specified projects
- Recommend and support routine project management meetings, updates and prepare a variety of status reports and dashboards
- Assist staff coordinate project management activities, to include routine meetings and development of reports
- Measure project performance using designated systems, tools and techniques and report findings to upper management
- Research new trends in project management and related project management software and applications to improve project management efficiency
- Establish standardized project tracking and review processes and workflows to include meeting formats, agendas and presentation approaches
- Conduct project management audits to evaluate processes and procedures and develop corrective action or improvement plans in accordance with approved standards
- Evaluate project cost and performance against metrics and report status and recommend corrective actions to project owners
- Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies or Public Policy
- Certified Institutional Review Board (IRB) Professional (CIP)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
- U.S. Citizenship
