Job Description:
Define and communicate task priority criteria to enhance team productivity.
JIRA task evaluation: Adopt a standardized process for reviewing JIRA tasks, ensuring completeness and correct story point allocation.
Process documentation and training: Maintain thorough procedural guidance for Provisioning, Security Remediation & SSL Certificate Management, and train staff for both on-premises and cloud platforms.
Vendor management and reporting: Set up direct communication paths and frequent reports with onsite/offshore teams for synchronized efforts.
Tools and workflow enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine On -Prem and Cloud tools and workflows for optimal functionality.
Collaborating with application teams
Schedule consistent meetings with application teams to address and prevent obstacles.
Trend analysis and improvement recommendations
Employ data analytics to spot trends and suggest practical strategies to leadership for boosting efficiency and reducing problems.
Dashboard and report generation: Create detailed dashboards and reports to track team performance and backlog fluctuations.
Onboarding process refinement: Use newcomer feedback to improve the onboarding process and help with its implementation as required.

Qualifications
5+ years (or related) of project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-application technology environment.
Must have Jira experience to create user stories and issues, plan sprints and distribute tasks across a technical team.
Must be able to filter tickets, summarize information quickly, create dashboards, weekly reports/charts to educate the team quickly on status.
Must have experience from shared services organizations supporting multiple internal/external clients to meet Service Level Agreements.
Experience with running stand ups using a Kanban process.
Experience managing technical resources supporting multiple threads of work, creating status reports, and putting together a high -level plan together to track project progress.
Assigning target dates with accurate deadlines, identifying blockers and potential risks.
Must have experience gathering technical requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for each task/ticket.
