Job Description:

• Daily project management throughout the project life cycle;
• Develop the project plan, dependencies and monitor the progress; o Develop and manage a robust risk mitigation plan;
• Manage project budget;
• Manage and utilize the project resources
• Manage stakeholders' communication including reporting on project performance to Program Manager /Product Owner/Delivery Lead
• Manage project documentations
• Ensure relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Good knowledge of project management principles.
• Knowledge / experience in Scrum /Agile principles.
• Be comfortable in an uncertain environment.
• A constant risk management mindset. o Good team management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project execution tools like - Microsoft project plan
• Preferably Life Insurance Domain experience
• Preferably PMP & FLMI Level 1
