Responsibilities:
Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of IT, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design of a new company website. The individual will have a deep understanding of business needs, IT systems, project management methodologies, and possess the leadership abilities to drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This person will work across the full stack, with knowledge of projects building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth. The Project Manager will be a time-based employee for the project and will assume leadership of this project from conceptualization to integration.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, information technology or related field required;
- Experience utilizing Magento E-commerce platform required;
- At least three years of experience in building large-scale software applications;
- Experience with projects involving Python, X++, and C# preferred; and
- PMP certification strongly preferred.

- Lead and implement project for new comprehensive web design;
- Participate in aspects of software development, including design, implementation, and deployment;
- Engage with employees and front-end experts, and collaborate with leading back-end efforts to create reliable APIs;
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring web design project aligns with business goals, and delivers solutions that meet both technical and customer requirements;
- Prepare and manage project updates, providing visibility on project status, RAID items (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) and critical risks;
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues through effective project management practices; and
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources are aligned with project needs.
