Profile
The ideal candidate will have a history of demonstrated results leading mid-size to large cross-
Functional data science/machine learning teams to deliver business values across matrixed
organizations. They must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through
ambiguity and complexity, create and simplify processes, and simultaneously support multiple
projects impacting a growing global organization. This role requires excellent communication
and organizational skills and the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation
management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs and balance business needs versus technical
constraints.

• Effectively plan, manage, and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals.
• Determine resource needs, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
• Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work and support through go-live.
• Utilize project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs.
• Working with cross functional agile teams to remove impediments within an ART and update progress.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in technology; master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management or scrum master experience.
• 3+ years in data science/machine learning team management.
• Strong cloud technology background: AWS preferred.
• Strong communication skills: both verbal and written.
• Proven experience with managing global teams with DevOps practices.
• Retail experience with knowledge in enterprise systems.
• Experience in agile/enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Zoom, MS Teams.
