Main purpose of the Project Manager role:

This is a full time role for a candidate who will support our Design team and the Creative Director. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of various e-commerce and retail projects.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support the creative team in tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and providing solutions for roadblocks.
Assist in the management of project plans including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, statues reports and action items.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Communicate clear and frequent project updates to leaders and key players that define project status, schedule and risk.
Manage detailed design phase of projects and follow through with sampling, as needed, and approvals.
Build project schedules incorporating development, production deadlines, procurement of materials and vendor sourcing.
Run production with domestic and international manufacturers and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities.
5+ years of experience in project management or a related role

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85K to $95K.
