Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a Project Managerto join our team of professionals in support of the DoD. The projected start date is February 2025.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
  • Assist the program/project acquisition teams in the preparation, review, update, maintenance, routing, and approval of acquisition documentation.
  • Assist with the development of documentation for the programs required to obtain Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) compliance.
  • Assess the completeness of briefs and provide comments to the Government on System Integrator (SI) documents related to program management.
  • Prepare, deliver, update, and maintain program/project schedules, notional timelines, and high-level schedule diagrams that identify all project-level programmatic activities and tasks.
  • Prepare, deliver, update, and maintain process and Lean management documentation such as flow charts, Kanban boards, and swim lane diagrams as required.
  • For programs/projects using an Agile approach, the Contractor shall provide appropriately skilled personnel to maintain high-level schedules, define key program increment planning, support program staff with Release Planning, feature selection, and determination of release content.
  • Support the review and analysis of the Service Management, Integration and Transport (SMIT) Contract's Onboarding and Attrition Reports for the Marine Corps on a weekly basis and review report discrepancies with Marine project officers and Regional Contracting Officer Representatives (RCORs).
  • Develop the weekly SMIT Augment Support staffing metrics presentation to document the SMIT Contractor's performance against the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) staffing threshold. Update and maintain the weekly SMIT staffing/attrition tracker to document the status of each full-time equivalent (FTE) and document the attrition rate for each region.
  • Review and maintain Portfolio products/documents in preparation for senior leadership reviews, gate reviews, milestone decision reviews, PMRs, ensuring products/documents are accurate and complete, providing recommendations and consistency across the portfolio of products.
  • Review POM submissions for consistency across the portfolio and ensure the funding requested is consistent with the Project Cost Estimates.
  • Review incoming correspondence and materials and prepare executive level summaries.
  • Support creation and maintenance of guidance related to program management processes, roles and responsibilities, and business rules.
  • Provide support to special projects and emergent taskings, including identifying problem statements, solutions, Courses of Action (COAs), risks, and next steps.
  • Assist with preparation, update, and maintenance of PEO Digital - USMC program management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review draft messages for appropriate Plain Language Addresses (PLADs) and return the draft messages to the requestor for authorized release. The Contractor shall revise draft messages as directed, and release the message when instructed by the Government by the requestor's assigned deadline
  • Performs related work as assigned.

Work Environment:

This job operates in both teleworking and professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and operate office equipment.

Position type and expected hours of work:

This is a full-time position. The work schedule is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the core hours being 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Travel:

Travel may be required within and outside of the local area to support the task requirements such as attendance at meetings, demonstrations, and working group meetings.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
  • Education:
    • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
    • Current PMP or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Must have a minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience
    • Must have expertise in Program Project Schedule Management using Microsoft Project
    • Preferred:
      • 2 of the last 8 years supporting acquisition management for a federal agency
      • 2+ years developing processes, SOPs, policies, and working instructions for a program of medium size and complexity
      • 1 year of direct experience in conducting executive level briefings, conducting milestone reviews, and executing risk management
  • Clearance:
    • Must be US Citizen, must be able to pass a background investigation per local law and regulations, and must be authorized to work in the U.S., must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
    • Active DoD Security Clearance is preferred.
