Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Assemble and guide the core project team, setting ambitious yet achievable goals for timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Execution Excellence: Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and efficiency through structured reviews and deliverables at each phase.
  • Quality and Production: Facilitate seamless industrialization and production processes, focusing on quality control and ramp-up plans.
  • Supply Chain and Cost Management: Optimize resource allocation, manage supply chain dynamics, and control project costs effectively.
  • Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify potential challenges, manage changes, and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers through workshops, audits, and site visits to address project-specific issues.
  • OEM Audit Preparation: Prepare for potential audits with future OEM clients, ensuring robust development and change management processes are in place.

What You Bring:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering-Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A proven track record with 5 to 7 years in project or quality management, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Physical and Mental Agility: Ability to perform tasks that require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, both written and spoken, is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
