The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes for
Peech's customers, from planning and documentation to resource budgeting and allocation.
You'll oversee Celonis implementation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables and
streamlined processes. Your focus will include not only customer-facing project management
but also internal operational improvements, reflecting our startup environment's need for agility
and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Lead and oversee Celonis implementation projects for a range of customers,
including major enterprise clients.
Ensure projects align with client goals and stay on track with timelines, budget,
and scope.

2. Documentation & Scope Definition:
Document project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Regularly update project documentation and communicate changes to internal
and client teams.

3. Resource Management & Budgeting:
Oversee budgeting and allocation of resources for projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective utilization of technical and
consulting resources.
4. Operational Model Development:
Develop and optimize operating models for both customer projects and internal
processes.
Implement best practices to improve project workflows and team efficiency.
5. General Operations Support:
Handle miscellaneous operations tasks and assist with company-wide initiatives
as Peech grows.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within technology consulting,
software implementation, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in budgeting and
resource allocation.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies and proficiency in project
management tools, particularly Jira.
Familiarity with process management and digital transformation projects is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey project goals, progress, and
challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a
fast-paced, startup environment.
