Job Responsibilities

TechSur is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with proven experience in Agile methodologies to lead and deliver projects that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in facilitating collaboration, driving efficiency, and ensuring the successful completion of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Below are the job responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Resolve project issues promptly to keep initiatives on track.
• Monitor project metrics and performance indicators to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Use Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track progress and maintain transparency
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to self-organize and deliver high-quality work.
• Champion Agile principles and practices across teams and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Resolve project issues promptly to keep initiatives on track.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position
• Experience with project management experience in planning, estimating, resourcing, executing, monitoring, and managing mission critical systems.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven experience towards data driven decisions, insights, and analytics, for improving processes and building efficiencies.
• Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and be the voice of the customer.
• Has experience to deliver high quality products/projects within budget, scope, and schedule

Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Agile (SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP, CSPO, etc.) certifications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business and management, information systems, computer science, or another related field
