About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage key strategic projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners. From planning to implementation, you'll ensure seamless execution of projects critical to the success and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Plan, organize, and implement activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent communication, manage expectations, and prepare presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business lines, operations, and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and coordination.
- Vendor Management: Oversee project-related vendors and contractors, ensuring cost-effective utilization and alignment with project goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop project artifacts such as plans, status reports, and business requirements; maintain agendas and meeting minutes.
- Problem Solving: Partner with business teams to identify and resolve system and process issues, mitigating risks and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry.
- Asset servicing, securities services, or middle office experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, strategic planning, and project management lifecycle (PMLC/SDLC).
- Expertise in JIRA, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to senior management.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's, PMP, or CFA preferred.

- Client implementation project management experience.
- Proven ability to escalate risks and issues effectively.
