Key Responsibilities:

• Manage building envelope projects from conceptual design through construction completion.
• Conduct site investigations and building assessments of existing structures.
• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams for seamless project delivery.
• Oversee construction contract administration, including submittal reviews and field inspections.
• Supervise and mentor EITs and Technologists, supporting their technical growth.
• Ensure project financial performance, technical quality, scheduling, and client management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture (Master's degree an asset).
• 5+ years' experience in building science consulting.
• 2+ years' project management experience.
• Significant field experience addressing site conditions and working within the construction process.
• P.Eng. registration with EGBC or Architect registration with AIBC preferred.
