Job Summary

Job Description
  • -Client and Partner Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, consortium partners, and
  • internal team members.
  • -Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project progress to ensure milestones and
  • deliverables are met. (update Schedules ? MS Project or P6 etc.)
  • -Progress Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to the clients and internal stakeholders on a
  • regular and timely basis.
  • -Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks promptly.
  • -Time and Cost Management: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • -Interface Management: Oversee the management of project interfaces between various disciplines
  • and stakeholders.
  • -Meeting Attendance: Attend contract clarification meeting, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure
  • project alignment.
  • -Sales Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Sales Director to align project objectives with
  • business goals.
  • -Managing Secured Projects: Lead and manage already secured projects, ensuring successful execution
  • and client satisfaction.
  • -Commercial Management: Depending on the situation, may also be required to manage or directly
  • perform commercial management tasks, including invoicing and claims processes.
  • -Multiple Project Management: Be prepared to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • -A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the power cable
  • industry or construction sector,but not limited to these industries.
  • -Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • -Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Solid understanding of risk management, time and cost management.
  • -Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • -PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • -Ability to communicate effectively with the headquarters in South Korea.
  • -Interview Process: Candidates who have managed multiple projects will be asked to present case
  • studies during the interview process to demonstrate their experience and success in project execution.
  • (Korean Language is not mandatory)
