Project Manager - Electrical Construction (Direct Hire)

Join a growing team with a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in electrical construction. This role requires at least 5 years of experience managing projects ranging from $10-25 million. Candidates should expect to travel frequently and potentially be based near Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project safety, profitability, production, and quality.
• Direct jobsite supervision and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and purchase orders with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor and uphold quality control standards across all installations.
• Plan, coordinate, and track materials, equipment, and workforce needs.
• Lead cost reporting, manpower coordination, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing $10M+ projects in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of NEC, construction schedules, blueprints, and electrical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Spectrum, Accubid, and project management tools.
• Ability to travel as needed with initial assignments in Mississippi or North Georgia.
• Valid driver's license, background check, and drug screening required.
