Project Manager

Preferred Skill Set / Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years IT Project Management Experience (prior project manager roles/responsibilities)
• 1-2 PMs with experience managing software development projects (including but not limited to ERP projects)
• 1-3 PMs with experience managing infrastructure IT projects (Hardware/Server Refresh/Networks/Cloud/ Audio/Visual)
• Ability to manage project schedule, project budgets/financials, risks, and change management (how do they prevent scope creep on projects?)
• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, work independently
• Must live within the working radius that will allow them to get on-site to Groton, CT location 2-3 days a week (check with Andrew Pappadia on physical radius)
